TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice, unless stated otherwise.
  • TOMSA levy.
  • Rates applicable are quoted per person per night sharing maximum two (2) adultssharing per suite.
  • The B&B is unable to accommodate more than two (2) adults per suite.
  • Rates are inclusive of a full English breakfast (lunch pack and dinner voucher extra).
  • Rates are subject to a 50% supplement for rooms with single occupancy.
  • A minimum stay of two nights is required during peak period : 15 December – 15January.

CHILD POLICY

  • Children from 12 years are considered adults and will require a separate suite at the applicable rate.
  • Children between ages of 8 – 11 years are accommodated by prior arrangement only.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • The following will apply unless otherwise arranged.
    a. Our terms for full settlement of the account are strictly 30 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 10% of fee if cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Only written cancellations will be accepted, ensure to receive an acknowledgment ofcancellations from reservations.

CREDIT CARDS

  • Master and Visa Cards are accepted.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check In 13h00
  • Check Out 10h30

PLEASE ADVISE RECEPTION OF:

  • Any special dietary requirements or special occasions i.e. anniversary, birthdays, honeymoon, etc.
  • Estimated time of guest arrival and contact number of guest while travelling.

All Cancellations or Alterations to be made in writing via email to stay@humerail.co.za.
